Self-Defense From A Woman's Point of View

What does "from a woman’s point of view” even mean?

Who understands how a woman will most likely react to an assault better than another woman?

Simply put, women do not respond to fear the same way as men. While a man’s initial reaction to an attack is to fight, women tend to freeze and wait for the attack to be over. However, when women are made aware of their options to avoid, escape or fight back, they will do just that. We equip women with the tools necessary to survive.

All women have inherent strengths (much different than men). Discover your strengths and learn how to use them to your advantage in unexpected or dangerous situations.

Women’s self-defense is not about being strong, it’s about being smart!
